
Bluestem junior high parents and guardians we are excited to invite you to our middle school award ceremony on Wednesday, May 7 as we celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of our students this year the ceremony will take place from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM.


With the potential for inclement weather tomorrow afternoon. The JH TVL Track meet at Caney will begin at 11:00 AM. Please see the new updated times of events:

Today we will be on our activity schedule for our spring FastBridge reading screener this afternoon. Following 7th hour all students will go to Character Education to complete the last reading screener of the year.
Today during CE there will be a high school volleyball meeting in the commons anyone going to be 9-12th grade next year is welcome.
Today during CE there will be a middle school football meeting for all 7th graders who are interested in playing next year as 8th graders.

Congratulations Cassandra Keeler for a strong forensics season finish this weekend. She had a second place finish in a round competing against the best in the state!

During competition week 3 of this season, Tyler Batson shot a straight 50/50 in Skeet! The team helped him celebrate by all lining up to shoot his hat, as is tradition! Congratulations!



On Saturday May 3rd, Bluestem Shooting Sports Team helped with and participated in the HF Sinclair Fun Shoot at Murphys and Sons, outside of Augusta. Koa Willhite and Braydon Kilgore were in a tie for 1st place youth shooter, and Braydon won the tie-breaker to bring home the Top Shot Youth! Congratulations! We also had several team members shoot with teams that had open positions. Bluestem shooters represented well against formidable teams of seasoned shotgun shooters! Thank you to all the students and families who volunteered to make this a great fundraising event!


PTO Bluestem Elementary Carnival is Friday, May 2nd from 6:00-8:00pm. Don't miss out on the fun!!
