I just wanted to apologize for the picture that was posted earlier of Mrs. Gale's retirement. It
was an error, and corrected as quickly as possible. I have reposted and once again I am very sorry for what happened. We will miss you Mrs. Gale!
Tanna
Mrs. Gale is retiring after 34 years in our district. We will miss her!
My journey of being a teacher has come to an end. I have enjoyed being at Bluestem for my entire career. It began in 1991 at Haverhill Elementary as a part time Kindergarten teacher. After 3 years, I transferred to Bluestem Elementary for the full-time position of 4/5 Multi-age. From there I taught K/1, 2nd, 3rd and finally back to Kindergarten for a total of 34 years. During this time, I woke up and went to “school” every day, I never said I was going to “work.” Someone once said that if you love what you do then you’ll never work a day in your life. Well, that’s so true! It’s truly been an amazing chapter in my book of life, one that I will treasure forever. I want to thank my parents, my husband, kids, family and friends for always being there to support me.
