
Today the FFA chapter went to Fairfield for State Land Judging. They placed 3rd as a team for Homesite. Tucker Gibb placed 2nd individually and Brody Myers took 14th.
They placed 8th overall in Land and Tucker placed 8th individually. Congratulations!!




HS STUCO is selling pink out shirts for our home football game on Oct.13th for breast cancer awareness! Forms are located outside of the high school office!
- if you don't have a kid that goes to BES or BHS that we can give your shirt to, you will have to come pick it up when they come in. (We will contact you.)
- FORMS and MONEY are due on Thursday Oct. 5th. Please turn them into the BHS office.

There will be a MS wrestling meeting in Mr. Worrell’s shop room during CE today. This is for boys and girls in middle school who are interested in wrestling this season.
Jostens will be here on Wednesday the 4th for the Sophomore and Senior class meetings. Sophomore’s will begin at 1:30.
Juniors, please turn in what candy bar money you have collected to Mrs. Winter or Mrs. Oltman ASAP.
Students & Staff - let’s reduce food waste together. Please place all unopened and uneaten food in the refrigerator by the concession stand. Leave what you don’t eat or drink and take what you want!
If you would like to take Butler classes next semester, please reach out to Mrs. Herbel. Butler enrollment for the spring is November 1st.
Juniors-if you would like to sign up for the PSAT test on October 11th, the sign-up is on Mrs. Herbel’s door. This is a great way to practice for the ACT as well as qualify for scholarships. There are only 10 spots available so sign up ASAP.
Freshmen who would like to take the Pre-ACT, please let Mrs. Herbel know. The Pre-ACT predicts how you will do on the ACT which is a college entrance exam.

Homecoming candidates along with Bridgett Mohr and Evyn Neal please report to the office right after 5th hour.
There will be a Jr. High wrestling meeting on Monday the 2nd in Mr. Burtin’s room during CE. This is for both boys and girls interested in wrestling.
Juniors-We are needing concession workers for the homecoming football game. You may sign up outside of Mrs. Oltman’s room (Room #A8).
We are having our annual volleyball tournament Thursday during homecoming week. If you would like to enter a team, forms are outside of the office. You are allowed to have up to 10 people on your team. They do not have to all be in the same grade. You are only allowed to be on one team. Forms are due TODAY
and need to be turned into Ms. McQuitty. If you have any questions please ask McQuitty.
