Congratulations to the Bluestem Wrestling team as 8 wrestlers qualified for the KSHSAA state tournament. The following wrestlers placed in regionals Dagan Turner (2nd) Axton Vice (1st) Laythan Vice (3rd) Ian Frazier (3rd) Kaden Keil (2nd) Aydin Haworth (4th) Colten Neal (3rd) and Noah Couey (2nd).
No School on Monday 2/19/24 for observing Presidents Day.
Good luck to the Bluestem Wrestling team as we compete in Regionals at Eureka High School. Wrestling starts at 9:00 am
Lions Basketball defeats Neodesha by a score of 59-53.
Lady lions are defeated by the blues streaks by a score of 43-49
Gameday and Senior Night for the Lions. Come out and support them as we play the Neodesha Bluestreaks. The game order is 5:00 PM for JV games (Boys @ Elem) Varsity games to follow. Senior night celebration will be in between Varsity games.
Baseball and Softball sign-ups are underway. Stop by El Dorado City Hall to sign up.
Bluestem FFA is hosting a silent auction tomorrow night to kick off FFA week. Please see the following items/baskets and come ready to bid. Auctions will be open til halftime of the Varsity boys games. Winners of the auctions will be announced after the third quarter. Find an FFA member to learn more!

Friday is Senior night at our home basketball games! Come support! The theme is black out! Games begin at 5:00.
Students interested in going to WSUtech next year, need to see Mrs. Herbel to apply to WSUtech. Enrollment opens March 4th at 10am but you can do your application anytime before that.
If you are interested in taking classes at Butler over the summer or next Fall, please schedule a time to meet with Mrs. Herbel. Butler enrollment will be April 3rd at 8:30am. There will also be application help available on March 6th during Character Ed.
If you are planning on playing softball this spring, please email coach Womacks if you have not yet done so. There will be a softball meeting during CE on February 21st.
High School baseball players looking to play this season, please stop by Mr. Gomez’s room to sign up for the spring season.
There will be a trapshooting parent meeting tonight at 6:30 in the HS library.
