Some Bluestem history was made yesterday when the Lions travelled to Clearwater for their first meet of the season. Reagan Neal broke the Bluestem High School girls' two-mile record with a run of 12:56, placing 1st in her divison. This beat the old record of 13:04 set by Vanessa Fleming in 2002-03. Congratulations, Reagan! Leah LeClef also took home a medal, placing 25th in the girls' 2-mile. Arrow Lande narrowly missed a medal in the 8th-grade girls race, placing 28th, and Joaquin Cox broke his personal best record by almost a full minute in the 2-mile. Great job to all of our runners!

This grant money was received from the Tim Underwood Memorial Golf Tournament 2025. A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the Memorial! This generous support will help us improve equipment, expand opportunities, and continue building strong, well-rounded students.
BHS wood shop received $1,781, BHS Baseball received $2,500, and BHS Shooting team received $3,000.

This morning, the main electrical feed to the high school was hit when they were digging some underground pipes. As a result, we will not have AC in the high school gym. We need to move the volleyball duel to the elementary school. The times will remain the same. JV starts at 5. Varsity starts at 6.
