Virtual Spirit Week: Motivation Monday #lionsvirtualspiritweek2020

Reminder: School lunch program grab and go is today and Wednesday from 10:30 am to 11:30 am (locations: BES and Old Gym). Student supply pickup is today from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Public Schools are exempt from the prohibitions in the Governor's Executive Order No 20-16 (state wide "stay home") established today under pg. 6, section 9b. The Kansas Department of Education will continue to follow Executive Order No 20-07 (temporarily closing of schools). Therefore, Mondays supply pick up and food service will continue as scheduled. Buildings will remained closed until further notice. Food service will continue to run throughout the semester every Monday and Wednesday from 10:30 am - 11:30 am. USD 205 will extend spring break a week for students through March 27. Additional Information will be provided next week about classes, lunches, and events as it becomes available.
Today, March 17, 2020 Governor Laura Kelly announced all school facilities will be closed for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. We will provide updates as soon as additional information is available through our district website and social media.

Due to concern over COVID-19, USD 205 Leon-Bluestem Schools is cancelling all sports practices and activities over spring break. They will be scheduled to resume March 23rd.

Weekly Activities

Reminder: A Drivers Ed parent meeting is scheduled for today, Friday, March 6th at 6pm in the BJSHS Library. Cost for the class is $110 that must be paid by May 15th. Any student who is 14 years of age by March 9th is eligible to attend.
