KSHSAA Attendance Interpretations for “Participants” and Spectators
Spectators at BJSHS Events Information
With KSHSAA recently changing its policy to allow up to two parents/legal guardians, please take time to review the updated spectator policies. Individuals identified at the admission gate as the participants parent or legal guardian will be allowed for admittance.

Early Childhood delivered letters to Santa!
Yesterday, the Board of Directors met to receive and consider the recommendation of the Board of Appeals to amend the restricted attendance rule put in place during the special BOD meeting held November 24. With a vote of 54-24, the following language was adopted: Effective Thursday, December 10 through January 28, 2021, interscholastic activities will allow for attendance of up to two parents/guardians per participant(s) family as allowed by local board of education or health department restrictions.
The current interpretation of participants include:
· Players
· Coaches
· Student Managers
· Cheer squads
· Dance teams
· Pep bands
· Student Journalists

MS Basketball (Boys and Girls) Schedule Updates
Jan. 4th @ Neodesha has been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 9th.
Jan. 7th vs. Fredonia has been rescheduled for Monday, February 8th.
BHS Basketball @ Fredonia (POSTPONED)
The scheduled HS basketball games at Fredonia next Tuesday, 12/15, has been postponed. We will communicate with everyone once a reschedule date has been determined
BHS GIRLS BASKETBALL SCHEDULE UDDATE
Due to a close contact quarantine, all HS GIRLS basketball games scheduled for this week have been cancelled.

The BHS girls will be playing tomorrow 12/8 not 12/7 vs. Yates Center beginning at 6:00 pm.
