Thrive! Butler is a relation-based poverty reduction initiative that offers a free 16-week class called Getting Ahead. This class was developed for those individuals currently living below the poverty guidelines, so that they may be guided on a journey to a better life, and a Thriving future story. During this 16-week course, we provide a meal, child care, and a $10 gift card for food or gas. After graduation, each participant is matched with a volunteer Ally who they meet with twice a month, providing guidance and advice to achieve their stated goals. To learn more about Thrive!
