Reminder: Student iPad and material check-in is today, May 20th; 10:30 am - 12:30 pm & 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm. Drive up and drop off at Northeast side of BES & Front of Jr/Sr High School.

19-20 Bluestem Jr/Sr High yearbooks are on sale online for grades 7-12. Go to jostensyearbooks.com, search for Bluestem, and enter your student's name. You can pay online securely and the credit and order will be posted to our account. Books will be delivered when school starts.

Student iPad and material check in will be Wednesday, May 20th from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm & 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm. PreK-6 students can drive up and drop off at the northeast side of the elementary school. 7-12 students can drive up and drop off at the front entrance of the high school. Please have iPads labeled per student for a quick and easy check in process. Remember your chargers, blocks, library books, sports equipment, and any other school property.


If you ordered any track shirts, hoodies or trash bags- You may pick them up at board office. Monday-Thursday 8-3.

USD 205 District End of Year Items:
May 19th - last day to submit homework assignments.
May 20th - last day for the food pickup/delivery
May 20th - 10:30 am to 12:30 pm - iPad and school material check-in.
This will be a drive up and drop off event. BES students can drop off at the Northeast driveway of the grade school. BJSHS students can drop off at the main entrance of the jr/sr high school. Please bring your iPad, charger, textbooks, library books, sports uniforms, and any other school materials.
May 26th - Grades will be mailed out.
May 31st - 2:00 pm - BHS Graduation @ BJSHS parking lot
June 1st - 7:00 am – 8:30 am - Summer Weights and activities may begin
June 1st - 7:00 am – 9:00 am - Summer Breakfast will begin at BES


Bluestem Graduation Ceremony is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, May 31st @ 2:00 pm. This date is contingent on Governor Kelly moving Kansas into Phase two of the Ad Astra Reopening Plan. Further details will be communicated once approved by the Butler County Health Department.


Bluestem Graduation is currently postponed until further notice. Governor Kelly has prohibited all in-person graduation ceremonies (including car drive-up events) until after May 18th. We apologize for any inconvenience and we still look forward to honoring our Seniors!

2020-21 BJSHS CHEERLEADING TEAMS
Congratulations to all the ladies who qualified for the 2020-21 BJSHS Cheerleading teams.



USD 205 Graduation will be held as regularly scheduled at 2:00 pm on May 17th in the high school parking lot. We are working out the logistics now to provide the most traditional ceremony as possible so our Seniors get the full experience that they deserve. Following the ceremony, we will have a parade through the town. Additional information will be communicated as plans are finalized. Congratulations to the class of 2020!
