HS Boys Basketball Schedule Update The BHS Boys Basketball team has added a game against Halstead on Thursday, 2/11/2021. Games will be played at Halstead High School. JV- 5:30 PM Varsity- 7:00 PM

There will be a JR Class Parent Meeting for After Prom on Monday, Feb 1 @ 6pm in the Bluestem High School Library.

WINTER SENIOR NIGHT (2/9/2021) INFORMATION Due to state and league regulations on COVID, Senior Night will have some modifications to the traditional ceremony. Students will stand socially distanced on the court to be presented. Once the student’s name has been announced, that student will go to their parents and present them a rose while their accomplishments and memories are announced. We want this ceremony to still be special for students and parents as well as fit within the guidelines directed to us by the league and state. Thank you so much for your support and understanding.

Winter Homecoming 2021 Information

BJSHS Spectator Changes Information Beginning tomorrow January 29th, up to four spectators (not limited to parents/legal guardians) per participant will be permitted to attend BJSHS events with appropriate social distancing required. Pass lists will be used for admittance. Lists will be updated weekly. Individuals not on the pass list will not be allowed into the event. The district mask policy remains the same, MASK ARE REQUIRED to be properly worn at all times. Failure to comply with the policy will result in removal from the event. Other school districts may choose to have stricter limitations based on seating and local health department guidelines. Administration will communicate with all parties in the event there are attendance modifications. BJSHS Administration

HS Basketball @ Cherryvale Tomorrow HS Gym @ 5pm: JV Girls (2 qtrs.)/Varsity Girls/Varsity Boys LC Gym @ 5:45pm: JV Boys ***Although KSHSAA increased the attendance to (4) spectators per participant beginning tomorrow, Cherryvale has limited seating and will only be allowing (2) spectators per participant to attend tomorrow nights event. Pass lists will be used. ***

In support of Homecoming and Spirit Week for the BJSHS our elementary spirit week will be as follows: Monday-Hat day, Tuesday- Farmer/Rancher day, Wednesday- Beach day (NO towels, beach balls, etc), Thursday- Blue and Gold. February 1st - February 4th

HS Basketball vs. Humboldt Info Due to low personnel matters, Humboldt will not be able to fill JV teams for both boys and girls. Therefore, there will not be any JV games tomorrow. The varsity girls will begin at 6:00pm.

MS Basketball Schedule Change The scheduled home MS basketball games vs. Humboldt on February 4th have be moved. The games will now be played on Tuesday, February 16th beginning at 5 pm.

HS Wrestling @ Council Grove 1/22 Due to several quarantines at Council Grove HS, the wrestling tournament scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled.
