Bluestem Drama Department Debuts New Comedy
The Bluestem Drama department will be debuting Medieval Nights by Megan Orr, a brand-new comedy produced by special arrangement with Brooklyn Publishers LLC on March 1st and 2nd at 7pm. Bluestem has the honor of debuting the very first production of the show.
The Carlisle family have become disconnected of late, and spend entirely too much time on their technology. When Seth Carlisle insists his wife and children accompany him for a mandatory family bonding night to The Medieval Nights dinner theater, they are in for a big surprise. Merlin, the magician of Arthurian legend, sends the family back in time to the real medieval era. Marley Carlisle, a thirteen-year-old rebel, unwittingly disrespects the queen, and Jordan, her eight-year-old brother, becomes a page for the handsome and dashing Sir Bedivere. Will the Carlisles manage to reconnect and find their way home? Join us to find out!
Student admission is free, and adults are only $5.
