The football team would like to invite you out this Saturday to our 2nd annual MS/HS Community Practice.
This is a joint middle school and high school practice. We encourage all family members and members of the community to come participate in practice with us. We will lead you through our warm up, individual position drills and plays that your boys do on a daily basis. This is a great way to see first hand how hard your boys have been working. As well as get to know some of the coaches and the other boys on the team.
Immediately after the Community Practice we will go inside to the auditorium to hold our middle school and high school football parent meeting.
Cost: This practice is 100% Free for anyone to attend
Time: Practice starts at 4:20pm and goes to about 5:20pm.

Bluestem Elementary is now taking applications for classroom aides.
Applications are online or you may pick one up at the elementary school.
The Fall Sports Parent meeting scheduled for tomorrow night (8/11/21) will be canceled and is rescheduled for Friday, August 27th during our Blue & Gold night. Meeting times will be shared closer to that date! Thanks for your understanding.
FALL Sports Parent Meeting (8/11): There will be a fall sports parent meeting next Wednesday, August 11th @6pm. This will be for all sports 7th-12th grade.

Just a reminder: Bluestem Elementary and BJSHS Enrollment is Tuesday, August 3rd from 7:45-3:45. August 4th from 10-6. If you need help with online enrollment call your student's school.
**ATTENTION PARENTS & ATHLETES**
Dr. Deaver will not be able to attend BJHS today for physicals. He will be able to complete physicals at Art of Life Chiropractic in El Dorado. The charge for physicals will be $20. Very sorry for the inconvenience.
The High School Fishing team will be having a meeting on Monday August 9th at 6pm in the High School library. This will be an informational and sign up meeting for all existing or new members wanting to be on the team.
Volleyball preseason conditioning will begin on August 2nd at 4:00 pm. Conditioning schedule: Monday through Thursday, August 2-5 and August 9 - 12 from 4:00 to 5:30 PM.
We are currently looking for MS and HS Football Managers and Filmers! Our managers and Filmers are an essential part of our daily football operations. Managers/ Filmers get a team manager shirt and get a varsity letter for their roll on the team.

** Attention Fall Athletes **
Sports Physicals will be offered during enrollment on August 3rd. Physicals will take place in the nurses office from 8am-11am for $25. All athletes must have a completed physical to participate.
ONLINE ENROLLMENT IS NOW LIVE!! -If you have existing students in district you can access the enrollment forms in your Powerschool Parent Portal (usd205.powerschool.com). Reminder: this can only be done in a browser and not the app. -If you are new to the district or requesting to enroll via out of district then you will need to come in during our in person enrollment times to get set up in Powerschool or approved if out of district. -There will not be anyone in the offices to assist with forgotten passwords or questions until the enrollment times and dates listed below.
