The Junior Class and Junior Class After Prom are selling chances to win 1/2 of a processed hog. 🐷 The JUNIORS will start selling tickets this Friday, September 4th. The pig will be fully processed and the TWO winners will be drawn on October 22nd during half-time of the Donkey Basketball Game. 🏀 The winners do NOT have to be present to WIN!!

At the football game tomorrow, the Bluestem After Prom is serving hamburger/cheeseburger meal deals for $7 each. This will be the special for the Humboldt/Little Lions Cheer Camp football game. This meal deal will be cash only. 🍔 🏈

Forensics will meet today at the beginning of character ed. This is competitive acting and speaking. Our season is in the spring, but we have an opportunity to go to the state fair 9/17 if you’d like to learn more.
Drama will meet at 1:45 today. We are going to discuss attending TheaterFest at Hesston on 9/30. Even if you aren’t doing the musical but want to do the spring play, come to the meeting.

Congratulations to JH Volleyball-They took 3rd in the Douglass Tournament Sat.
HS Football participated in the Douglass Jamboree. They were able to get some valuable reps against some other teams
HS Volleyball participated in the Flinthills Jamboree. They competed against some other teams and were able to test their skills before their season opener this Tuesday at Central Burden.
The Chess Club will meet during Character Education next Monday in Mr. Williams’ room. The Chess Club will have several meets and tournaments throughout the upcoming school year. You don’t have to be a master or even know how the pieces work to join. We will teach you! Come down and have some fun playing chess with your friends.
