Applicants for admission and employment, students, parents of elementary and secondary school students, employees, sources of referral or applicants for admission and employment, and all unions or professional organizations holding collective bargaining or professional agreements with USD 205 are hereby notified that this institution does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability in admission or access to, or treatment or employment concerning USD 205 compliance with the regulations and implementing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, or Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Any person having inquiries concerning USD 205 compliance with these regulations is directed to contact the appropriate building principal. The superintendent of schools has been designated by USD 205 to coordinate the institution's efforts to comply with the regulations implementing Title VI, Title IX, AGE, Section 504, and the ADA.
