The early enrollment procedure and fee structure, implemented during the 2002-2003 school year, has been very successful. This early enrollment period allows the Bluestem District Board of Education and administration to make staffing decisions for the 08-09 school year based on "actual enrollment" and class load numbers, rather than "best guesses". This action and the resulting savings made maximum funds available for classroom instruction and student use. It will also help parents save money.
Fees may be paid by cash, check, credit card and by payment plan agreements. These payment options will be available at all district school buildings, beginning August 4, 2008.
No lunches will be sold during the early enrollment process. Lunches will be available for purchase in the district school buildings, beginning August 4, 2008.
Thank you for your participation by making this enrollment process successful. Hopefully having the opportunity to take care of enrollment fees in the Spring will make the Back to School experience more enjoyable for everyone involved.
