Story image 1_0

Date:  July 16-18

Time: 7:30 - 9:00 am

Location: Elementary Gym

Cost:  Free

The Bluestem High School coaching staff, along with the Jr. High basketball coaches will be directing a skill development camp for young kids, male or female.  The camp will not cost any money, and will run for 3 days.  The camp will run from 7:30-9:00am each day.  Emphasis will be placed on fundamentals, dribbling, passing, shooting, and moving without the ball.

I would like to get a rough estimate of how many kids are going to be able to make it.  The grade levels we are going to try to be working with are those students who are going into grades 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th.  Numbers will determine if we will only have one or two sessions.

I hope you take this opportunity and bring your child as the coaches and I are looking forward to meeting the young kids throughout the community.  Please respond by emailing me, Gavin Wuthrich, at my school email telling me if you are planning on bringing your child.

If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact me, my email address is gwuthrich@usd205.com or I can be reached at 316-737-4667.
