Madrigal Dinner is a Success!
On December 5th the BHS vocal department put on the 28th annual Madrigal Dinner. 100 guests showed up to this event and enjoyed an evening of food and entertainment. The King and Queen (played by Morgan Kilgore and Jenna Ganon) hosted a Christmas feast. While enjoying their evening they were interrupted by Mertonsire (Jamey Smoot) and Morgan Wherechild, the sorceresses (Katarina Walker). The sorceresses spells never worked and the king ended up being turned into a chicken. Two thugs named Stout and Barley (Jacob May and Trevor Landreth) tried to help matters by kidnapping the king. The guards (Cody Cokeley and Brittany Graham) ended up saving the day. The evening ended with a concert by the Madrigals, Chambers and Men's Ensemble. It was a enjoyable evening for all who attended.
