Bluestem USD 205 operates numerous career and technical education programs at Bluestem High School. These programs are in compliance with U.S. Dept. of Education and Kansas State Dept. of Education regulations.
Any person having inquiries concerning USD 205 compliance with the regulations implementing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI), Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX), Age Discrimination Act of 1974 (AGE), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), or Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) is directed to contact Superintendent Randl Rivers, PO Box 8, Leon, Kansas, 67074, (316) 742-3261.
Randl Rivers has been designated by USD 205 to coordinate the institution's efforts to comply with the regulations implementing Title VI, Title IX, AGE, Section 504, and the ADA.
