Celebrating 135 Years of Education!

Due to declining enrollment in the elementary buildings the Bluestem USD 205 Board of Education has voted to combine the two buildings into one. Bluestem Elementary Haverhill students will be enrolled in the Bluestem Elementary Leon building.
With the beginning of the 2008 - 2009 school year, Bluestem Elementary Haverhill will close its doors to district students. A celebration of the community and building is planned. It is our hope that all past and present students and community members will come and help share in its history. Please bring old photos, memorabilia and stories to share.
The celebration will be held on:
Saturday, May 17th
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
A brief program will begin at 3:30 pm
