BEL PTO Carnival

The Bluestem Elementary - Leon PTO Carnival is fast approaching!  Please join us for a fun-filled family evening on Friday - May 9, 2008 from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. on the BEL Playground.  Young and "not-so-young"  are all welcome.  There is something for everyone.

Some of the games include Putt to Win, Cake Walk, Plinko, Pop Ring Toss, Lollipop Tree and many others.  There will be the always popular Face Painting by our own Mr. Hood and the Tattoo Shop.  You sure won't want to miss the Moon Walk and the Leon Fire Department's Fire Truck.  Be on your best behavior or you could end up in jail!  Don't worry . . . it's only for a short stay and you can always buy yourself out!  Bring plenty of money so you can bid on a variety of baskets during the silent auction.   Each classroom has been working hard to create a basket to suit everyone's tastes.  If you prefer a little friendly competition in Bingo, then the BEL Commons Area is the place for you.

After all these activities you are sure to have worked up an appetite.  The concession stand will be serving hot dogs, chips, soda, nachos and cotton candy.
