Medal-Winning Mathletes!

BMS students traveled to Cheney on February 16 to participate in the Central Plains Middle School League math relays. Relays included both individual and team events, with 18 to 27 participants.

In individual events, eighth graders Ian Hughes and Katlin Jurging brought home medals. Ian received gold in Ratios and Proportions and bronze in Probability and Statistics, while Katlin earned bronze for Fractions. Seventh graders Shelby Martin and Evan Esparza also received bronze medals: Shelby for Graphs & Charts, and Evan for Unit Conversions.

In the 8^th Grade Team event, Colter Griggs, Brandon Powell, and Jacob Warren brought home the silver medals.
